Passenger front seat recline for the back and headrest not working

My front passenger side recline function and also the headrest not working. The bottom seat functions work, but all the ones for the top not working. Does anyone experience this?
My car is a 2004 S55 amg. Could it be the control module/DCM? I hear a click when the recline forward and backward button is pushed.

I’ve not experienced it, but I’d suspect the DCM. I wonder if anyone has any experience repairing them, as a used one is likely to be a crap shoot.

If you go the DIY route, you should also get new clips for the wood trim, just so they go back in “like new” snug. By now, they’re all a little creaky anyway.

Does anyone know if the part numbers matter for the DCM module? All i know is that the cooling and heating seat buttons are different. Even if the part numbers are different, would it work?

Required resources...https://w220.ee/Door_control_module

Half way down, there’s a list of part numbers. The same DCM can be used whether the heated or cooled seat option is present or not. It’s just a plug in to the module. If it’s not present then the plug in remains empty.
