W221 S63 Howling noise
Howling like noise coming from engine compartment after about 20-30 minutes of highway speed or higher revving. The noise begins as the car slows down or comes up to red light, etc. It begins and goes in and out then continues to reach a constant, louder volume then instantly stops. The noise persists sometimes for 10 seconds and sometimes more, but never for more than about 30 seconds. I don't think it's the abc damper or power steering pump because those sounds are different based on videos I have seen. Added video for reference. Anyone got an idea of what it could be?
