When I ordered mine, I talked to the Service manager at AMG here in Gilbert AZ, his advice to me was replace the Front and rear, (big ones) and the one on the front right which is the the pulsation damper. The small one right with the rear valve body is the return acumulator, and he told me he has never actually had one go bad. So his advice was to me was replace those 3 and see if that solves the problem.

Also on the leaking out of the reservoir, it is caused by the diaphragm failure venting 3000 psi Nitrogen into the system, which over flows fluid throught the return system.
And important note, when you discover which Accumulator is bad, (mine was the Front) Make sure there is no product of the diaphragm stuck in the steel line, I had a piece of hard plastic embedded in the line. I had to remove the line and pry the piece out then ensure the line was clean. Another thing that suprised me was that I had very little Fluid (less than 50cc) and no residual pressure.

Hi I got the front drivers replaced!

Would someone mind clarifying location of pulsation dampener? Do I need to remove the right front tire and wheel cover to access it?
Thanks!

Do not need to remove the front wheel. Though you need to remove the splash guard. hold the valve body and use a 24mm wrench to remove. Easily reached from under the car

I replaced the front and rear accumulators and pulsation dampener! The front was easy. The rear was a pain mainly due to difficult to drop the right rear tailpipe to access accumulator. The pulsation dampener was very hard to loosen from the block since the block is just hanging in air and not fixed to anything.

I’m now planning to add Pentosin and start up vehicle and see what happens.

Anyone have other advice?
Thanks

I added Pentosin, started up vehicle, and started flushing fluid. Amazingly pump was still working and vehicle went up and down fine. Unfortunately noticed a drip under front as pictured below. This is same drip that the independent Mercedes shop had seen and recommended "suspension/power steering pump is leaking also and needs replacement". How hard is it to replace this tandem pump? I can't seem to find any videos or DIY online.
Thanks!

I would be very sure what was leaking before I decided to replace the pump. Pretty expensive and not an easy fix. Can you see where that fluid is leaking from? If that is pentosin it looks old, and you just flushed your system correct?

This is a great ABC informational write-up.

Definitely leak from pump as I looked closer in there. I managed to replace the pump myself with remanufactured Cardone pump $278 from RockAuto pump. I also replaced ABC filter and flushed fluid.

No more leaks. Car raises and lowers. Car rides well. Power steering works.

I am still getting white ABC workshop message however.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Check codes, white message could be slightly low pressure, or another sort of sensor fault. Did you do a correct bleed procedure? I had a random travel sensor fault popping up on my car, it would cause the car to jack the affected corner to max height though, but it was remedied by re calibration of the plunger travel sensors using DAS.
