W220 2006 S65 Help Needed
Hello Members, I am need of some assistance, I bought a 2006 S65 with tons of records. When I test drove it, it didn't really spin the tires, so I figured the cars intercooler pump was bad and I could swap in the 010 pump since the car was at 100K miles. When I got the car home, I swapped out the pump, dropped in a new relay and cap, but still it doesn't spin the tires off of the line. Am I expecting too much from the car or is there something else I can do?
The second question about this car is in 1st gear does it normally shift out of gear at 3k from a dead stand still in sport mode or comfort. Is this normal or do I need to change the conductor plate?

OP, you will need to bleed the coming system.
Not easy, but it will make all the difference.
There are lots of threads about this.
You may need to disconnect the battery for a while to reset the ECU adaptations.

Easy test to see if it's too hot and losing power.
On a cold start, let it idle for a couple mins then give it some gas.
Don't floor it to redline but give it half throttle. It should spin the tires.
