RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. Renntech R3 Performance Package!
The RennTech R3 Performance Package is the evolution stage of the R2 Pkg. Included in the R3 Package are all upgrades from the R2 Pkg, ECU Upgrade, Diverter Valve, Air Filters, Carbon Fiber Air Box Kit and Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers, as well as upgraded Turbocharger. With the upgraded Turbochargers included in the R3 Performance upgrade, RennTech is able to add up to 227 HP and 301 LB-FT to the 5.5L V8 BiTurbo engine. The addition of the upgraded diverter valve helps the engine to handle boost spikes in high boost pressure applications better. A surplus of boost will be released to the atmosphere and the turbocharger can be supplied with air quicker after the shifting process. This helps to eliminate the 'Turbo Lag'. Our Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers are hand crafted and 100% desgined and produced at the Stuart, Florida Headquarters. Made out of T-304 stainless steel (SS) with 2 3/4" tubing, they offer lighter weight and improve performance by reducing back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. RennTech upgraded turbochargers are equiped with lightweight forged billet wheels and feature a dramatically larger than stock impeller (inlet side) and an increase in the turbine trim (exhaust side). This combination of high quality, light weight components coupled with less rolling resistance from the ball bearing cartridge compensates for turbo lag despite being a functionally larger turbo. The cartridge supporting shaft is also both larger and stronger designed to handle the larger wheels and added power. This entire cartridge is then fine balanced as a complete assembly to compensate for these increases. The impeller and turbine housings are then precision CNC machined and flow tested in-house to fit the larger internal cartridge. The R3 performance package increases performance to 790 hp and 895 lb-ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. RennTech highly recommend higher flowing direct injection (high pressure) fuel pumps, to assure continues fuel flow in high performance applications. Due to increased power and boost levels, 93 Octane or higher gasoline has to be used with R2 upgraded RennTech vehicles to avoid damage to the engine. States known for poor fuel quality have to be supplied with a lower power setup.

The RennTech V3 Digital Lowering Module (DLM) is designed to work with all available Mercedes Airmatic or ABC (Hydraulic) Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The DLM requires no splicing or soldering to the factory wiring harness. The RennTech harness utilizes the factory pins as to allow a completely reversible installation. The unit also supports speed-dependant lowering that allows the vehicle to return to its factory ride-height at a pre-set speed. This removes the need for the vehicle to be aligned after lowering. The user can maintain the factory longevity and still have the lowered look at low speeds. All RennTech DLMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently.The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech 722.9 Five speed Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. Simply explained, a differential is the last point between the engine and the wheels where power is transferred. The differential functions as a system to direct engine power at the wheels while allowing them to rotate at different speeds. By upgrading the differential, you benefit in both straight line stability and vehicle handling while cornering. During a full power straight line run, RennTech LSD (limited slip differential) will lock 100% and provide torque equally to each powered wheel, providing stable straight line runs. When exiting from a corner, RennTech LSD's transition to the full 100% lock position is smooth and predictable.
