2010 Mercedes S63 AMG tire load question
I have a wheel+tire set from a 2014 CLS63 (michelin pilot sports 4S)
i recently bought a 2010 S63 at a pretty cool price.. and wanted to use my vossen cvt 20” wheels and michelin tires on it but the tire shop says there is a difference in payload weight and S63 is heavier so Its not safe to install the same wheels and tires i had on my CLS63
what do u guys think? Safe to use? I would want to use my setup i had on my CLS since its sitting in my garage taking up space. Tires only have a 1000 miles on them

It's an 800 pound difference in curb weight... Tire specified for the S63 have an XL load rating. I wouldn't use the tires or the wheels, much less together.
Well, maybe the wheels, if I knew the rating on them, but if the tires are not XL-rated, leave them off.
