Hello everyone. My s55 is back in the shop because the hose that runs from the firewall connector to the heater core is shot. Unfortunately because of the rear climate control options it has a more rare part that Mercedes no longer supports. The part number is 220-832-13-94. Would anyone know where I can find one of these because as far as I can tell there’s not a single one out there anymore. Thanks!

Quote: simply google the part
Thats why I’m asking here because I researched all the part sites I could think of and “simply googled the part” and nothing is available anymore for it. Hoping someone has a DIY idea for it or has it sitting on a shelf somehow 😂

Id suggest taking the old hose to local auto parts stores and try to match it up.

@ItalianJoe1 has the best idea I’ve read so far... I’ve run into this with another rare car where the hoses are NLA and outrageous if you find them. Indy shops have been willing to fabricate something that works. It’s a coolant hose not an ECU... it carries hot fluid. That being said, have a look here ... https://w220.ee/WIS_20.20_Radiator,_Coolant_Hoses... part #1394 isn’t listed here, even though the auxiliary heater hose (and option) are... it could be that 1394 is a superseded part number for one of the others, which is available... SUBSCRIBED because my car also has the rear A/C option.

GL, please keep us posted.

Cheers,

maw

I always hung on to extra hoses for that reason, I used to do a lot of custom work and aftermarket stuff, and I spent enough time going through the pile of hoses in the back of my local Autozone to know they have just about anything you need, if you are willing to look for it, and explain to the clerk that you know you need to match something up, not look it up by car.
