W220 Mercedes flushing lights after locking
Thanks!
That’s the sign of your alarm sending an intrusion detection. Ie, you tripped your alarm.
My lights flash twice when I arm the alarm, and then they stop after one second.
If I hold in the panic button on the fob for 3 seconds, the headlights flash and the siren sounds from the vehicle for a few minutes.
if you hold in the panic button and get nothing, then your vehicle is not recognizing the fob.
Not sure what the problem is.
Do you ever hear the alarm siren sounding?
If not, you might need to replace the siren horn in the left front wheel well. It includes a built-in rechargeable battery that goes bad after 10 years. You will have to remove the front left wheel well liner to get to it.
