2007 S65 with 53K miles, Transmission not shifting

2007 S65 with 53K miles, Transmission not shifting
Hello Guys,
My S65 Tranny no longer shifting. It had squealing noise prior to going into Neutral.
I removed the Valve body completely cleaned it out, removed upper, lower, checked all the solenoids and they are good.
The Y3/6Y2 (Shift Pressure Regulating Solenoid) pressure goes upto 9999mbar as soon as I put into gear and press gas pedal. This Solenoid is actuated based on Torque input and applies the clutch. I am assuming my transmission is shot. Is there anything else I can look into prior to changing it out?
