Help with identifying this section so I can buy the right hose [2010 w221]

Help with identifying this section so I can buy the right hose [2010 w221]
Greetings,
I'm trying to figure out what section of the engine this is for my 2010 s550. It's located above the alternator/radiator and I thought it was an EGR valve, but I can't find the exact diagram on Mercedes Benz's part list. Basically, I need to replace this hose or piece together though I'd prefer just to buy a new hose component all together. If you could point me to what section of the Mercedes Benz part list I should looking at, I should be able to track down this replacement hose. Thanks!
