Headlight Replacement for S55
I have been looking to replace my headlights for a while. The driver side headlight tab broke some time ago and while I was able to epoxy it back together, I've already had to redo that repair twice. The lenses are in poor condition on both sides as well, so rather trying to redo the lenses and find a new (used?) housing for the drivers side, I've been trying to figure out if I can use something like these eBay lights because they are supposed to fit but I've read so much contradiction information. Does anyone have any experience with this? My car has the HID headlights from the factory.

currently going down the same path and surveying my options as well. I recently ran across a set of HID Ebay lights at a good price that i was close to pulling the trigger on, however i want to confirm 100% they will work and they are the correct OE replacement. If i can find the link i'll post it and get the feedback of others.
I just had my pass. side go in and out and off at times, so i bought a new ballast. I plan to at least install it, wet sand the lenses and see how it looks from there. Worst case, buy a new set.

I live in AZ and the heat slowly destroys anything plastic so having a new set, even if aftermarket, might be better.

Just get a used factory set from eBay seller autohubshop and have a nice day. OE fitment and quality. Have them refinished before you put them in and be done.
