Part number for intercooler pump

Part number for intercooler pump

My S65 has a stored code of 20E1, Charge air coolant circuit: Charge air temperature is too high. Car drives totally fine and no CEL's, but yesterday after a hot start and city driving for a while it felt like it wasn't spooling the turbos. Next start It felt normal again. Reading around it seems that the likely culprit could be the intercooler pump, which is relatively cheap and easy to swap. Does anyone know of a test to confirm this is the problem? And does anyone know the part number for the pump? Car is a 2012 S65, on FCP Euro I can find the pump with part #0392022010 but it says it is for the older S65's.
Any help would be appreciated.

Chances are the pump is the same for different models. Just give FCP Euro a ring they'll point you in the right direction and their parts are guaranteed for life.

Any preventive cooling mods you can spare will be a big improvement. All these AMG's run hot so every little bit helps. Sounds like you're in a warmer climate as well so even small upgrades to the cooling system will help.

I'm personally a big fan of meth injection for turbo applications. It keeps temps low and also washes out the cylinders and walls and keeps carbon from building up inside the block. I remember back in the day borescoping the inside of my buddy's 3SGTE Toyota engine and it looked brand new inside. You could even see hints of blue from the methanol mix he was using.

I believe Weistec sells a meth kit, although spendy its an option. If you're handy you can piece one together to your liking.

Yes, FCP Euro gave me the correct part number, so we are good to go there. Have been doing a lot of reading about the intercooler system on the M275, and think I will get the reservoir and piping to essentially convert it to the M279 design. Seems people have had good success with that.

I am in South Florida so very warm climate indeed. I am more interested in mods for reliability/longevity rather than power mods so any and all cooling would certainly help with that. I will try to get a shop to install the new parts as it looks slightly above my paygrade with trying to bleed the system. Horrible design that it will not throw a CEL if the intercooler pump isn't working, I would imagine most drivers wouldn't even know there was a problem as it feels perfectly normal besides WOT.
