Replacing Front Lower Mesh on 19 S63 by S65 Coupe!!

Just took delivery of my 2019 S63 Coupe, and I purchased the Front lower mesh for the S65 in black so I can protect the air intake radiator!
Do I have to take the entire pumper out to replace the old one by the new?

The mesh must click in from behind so I think bumper needs to be removed. Did your original mesh come in chrome and you are changing to black?

Hi - Just took delivery of 2018 S63 AMG and wanted to put those same lower front fascia mesh grills from 2018 S65 into my S63. Where did you buy them? Are they installed now? If so, how do they look?

I bought them from the dealer, and you have to take the entire pumper out, it's a project !! unfortunately, I sold the car but it looked like S65 with a black package !!

Sounds awesome. Were the mesh grills black or chrome? How much did they charge for the three pieces?

They ordered the chrome by mistake then I had to replace it with black!! it took couple of weeks to get it.
