theres a controversy if you have night vision. I dont think they are compatible

NightVision is a prerequisite for Swarovski headlamps on when ordering. It is because the Swarovski headlamps all have the IR illuminators built in, while the standard headlamps are available with or without it (different part#s). You should be able to install the Swarovski headlights whether or not the car has NightVision... Mercedes basically charges $4,010 for Swarovski with free NightVision, they don't want to sell the headlights alone for only $1,750.
