What MY2019 / MY2020 Coupe build did you select?
First, thank you again for all the great and in-depth conversational threads on the s63 vs. GT. I was happy to be wrong in my decision to go with the GT. Second, I still have no ETA for the MY 20 build, but here are the options I selected with great assistance from my knowledgeable friend D.B. This time I listened and we can't be happier with the outcome. Now we can't wait for the happy arrival date and swapping coupes. Thank goodness my wife *loves* the CCBs on her coupe as well as the heated steering wheel (which I gave up on my coupe for the AMG drive unit buttons). We'll also keep the GLE as a good snow/flooding/icy winter days and the occasional off-roading. Finally, while I appreciate the fact that the coupe's elegant lines (inside and out) stand out more with light colors, we prefer black cars, and therefore this build is also black, but a different shade.
Black with carbon fiber on the inside and out and CCBs which are far more affordable from the factory vs. retrofit :-)
Once the coupe arrives, it'll go to Ben, Joey, and Rudy @ Eastside Auto Salon and Mr. Sun and Tint for: 1) Complete de-badging (rear and sides), 2) XPEL all over, 3 ) Modesta Ceramic coating (car and wheels), tinting (all windows and rear breaks with Ben turns from blood red into beautiful red).
Then the other good stuff DB introduced me (e.g. the front and rear cameras that help in case of mishaps with distasteful Seattle Prius and Kia drivers), and other gadgets I have installed and love in both Dorian and Roo (Shared with Igor for his post-build; please feel free to PM for specifics).

Wow that's one loaded S63! Mine is similar except for crystal grey/black designo, and I skipped several options you choose - exterior carbon fiber (tried to add it last minute but too late), aerodynamics package, magic sky, heated windshield, night styling, wood steering wheel, and wheel locking bolts.
Keep us posted on build date. Mine was built in November and is scheduled to arrive at the Long Beach VPC on Jan 1, so should be getting delivered in 2-3 weeks. It will be going to Bulldog Detail for paint correction, PPF, ceramic, and tint. I may try to source the carbon rocker inserts, mirror covers, rear diffuser, and front splitter for them to install since they'll be taking apart the car anyway. I likely will debadge too, car looks cleaner without them.

P60 is out! I'll get a new build copy to avoid confusion later. I know the gloves will be perfect. I wear my gear every day and it makes a huge difference. Tal and you are always right. I'll ask your help again to guide Ben to the parts which need to be blacked out.
I'll let the dealership know tomorrow and update the thread as soon as I get a build date.

Let's all enjoy what we have and hope that in a few years MB will build a new Concept Coupe worthy of replacing our coupes. For now we have so much to enjoy and be grateful for. The S63 Coupe is an incredible functional art, and I always enjoy getting into it and anticipating the ride.
Most importantly, I am grateful for the rare people we are honored to have in our lives as true friends.I doubt there is anything more rare or worth having. It's incredible how a few rare people can bring so much joy and wisdom.
I am also delighted that this year will see my wife own and enjoy her very own upgraded MY17 Coupe. It will be more powerful and customized than the new Dorian. While she will clearly drive both coupes and our AMG SUV, the one you drive every day is the one you bond with. That makes me so happy!! So the hell with sadness, pain, and the like. Every good second counts more!!
