MB Assyst plus connection

MB Assyst plus connection
From What i’ve heard Mercedes of new model 2017+ is allways connected to MB online network thru assyst plus and can there by allways see you actual KM stand on your dash.
i live in europe, so i have tried to call every MB dealer including the Daimler HQ in Germany and no one could tell me the actual km stand in my car and told me they not sure this function really excist.
only time they can see the actual Km stand is if you call them from the cars phone function.
otherwise there is no such thing that they can see the KM in real time.
only option for them to see the Km stand in real time is if you are connected to Mercedes me Connect.
my question is does anybody know if they can see this in real time thru assyst plus if you are NOT connected to MB me connect?
if its possible its a really good method to make sure the milage has not been manipulated..
