Hello! Recently on my 2015 C217 I began getting a single drip when going through the car wash or very heavy rain. I see the tiny spot where it is coming in. Any advice on what’s the best sealant and how to get it in this tiny hole? Thank you in advance!

There are far more knowledgeable folks on this sub-forum, but to me it seems the insulation is damaged. Almost like someone replaced the windshield or glass roof and didn’t do a good job when sealing it afterwards. So it may be more than just a tiny hole. Take that as my truly over priced 2 cent analysis.
Regardless, if it’s under warranty, it’s worth a dealership visit, just to make sure nothing else could let water in.

Thanks for the reply. I though the same that possibly the windshield was replaced before I got the car, but there is no direct evidence that has happened. That little spot is the only one like that, and the only spot that leaks.
Sadly the car is no longer under warranty, so I’m looking for a lower cost solution to seal the leak, or at least try to.

I think a windshield shop, to re install a windshield. whether you have to buy one or get ins replacement, you have to reinstall it. if its installed right it wont leak and you will get the new rubber trim gasket
