HELP! Can't use fob to open or close windows and kick trunk open not working

HELP! Can't use fob to open or close windows and kick trunk open not working
I can't get my key to open or close the windows nor can I get my foot to open and close the trunk feature on my S63 AMG Coupe. Any ideas before I head to the dealer to take it in the shorts? I don't think my extended warranty will cover it but I can ask. 12K miles and It hasn't worked in over a year.
Can anyone enlighten me?

Thank you but I actually have functionality of the key just not the ability to open and close the windows and the kick portion of the open and close feature of the trunk lid. Everything else works fine.

Your dealer will most likely charge you at lease 1 hour of diagnostic fee since it’s out of warranty.

Thank you very much for your help. I will try it but if I have to pay the $150 to tell me the problem, I'm ok with it. I have 4 years left of my extended warranty so, I'll see if that would be covered for that defective part and the diagnostic would be included if it were. What can I lose. I appreciate your help.

I think that should be covered. You either have a computer fault that is not recognizing the commands or you have 2 different problems. The kick is a different part of the system than the key. It sounds like 2 different problems to me key and kick
