sirius traffic info on nav screen
I have a 15 S63. I have always had sirius traffic subscription which shows green yellow red lines on nav screen. It stopped working and sirius says my subscription is in effect and they are sending the signal. But it isnt working. MB dealer says theres nothing wrong with my command, it had its updays a year ago and no new updates.
Has anyone else had this problem.

The sirius music and traffic was working until 2 weeks ago. Should not be anything to do with command or MB turning off connectivity

I believe the Sirius traffic was included free for 5 years when the car was purchased. I had traffic on my 2016 until about a month ago when I had to "refresh" the Sirius signal. I was always expecting the traffic to go away one day since I never included traffic with my subscription. I just figured they finally got around to cancelling that service. My Sirius radio subscription continues with annual renewals but they did advise with my "older" radio I will not receive channels above 130.
If your subscription includes traffic did you mention the age of the radio when inquiring about your service with Sirius?

its always free, as with Mbrace on all used cars, for about 90 days. Then it all went off and I had to subscribe. No trouble until a couple weeks ago.

I tried reset and I took it to the dealer and they checked and reset. nothing worked. If you have experience, will a complete system command update, even though the latest version is on the car, and theres no new updating available, make the traffic function again?
