Ordered ceramic brake pads for 2016 S63
Loved Akebono and Centric Ceramics on my last two AMGs. Can't find either for my new car.
And my god, the dust is so bad! I will report back!

Which pads did you order? Amazon says these don’t fit.

these pads will squeal like there is no tomorrow stay with oem pad

I have used two different "low dust" pads on my last two S class AMGs with no issues.
Have you used these pads? Now race pads will squeal like crazy until you get them up to temp.
I have not put the on yet due to some shoulder work...

Brakes feel the same as Akebonos and Centric Ceramics on my last two AMGs. Definitely a harder pad and I like that.
No squeal and nothing unusual to report. The dust color is black and so far it seems like much less of it. I will report back in a few days.

Two hundred miles after a car wash and my wheels still look great. Fantastic pads and dare I say inexpensive too!
If you install them yourself you will need to go into the onboard service mode to fully release the rear parking brake.

Harder pad and I lost the progressive feel from the OEM pads.
I really don't care for that anyway. I much prefer linear.
