You wouldn't actually get less MPG. If you maintain the same driving habits it would only vary by 1-2mpg up or down. Now being that youd be adding a lot pf extra power and most likely having more fun with the car less MPG could be expected until normal driving habits are back in place. The device will allow you return the vehicle back to stock whenever you choose as well.
This is not limited to Mercedes models only. Most vehicles in their OEM Configuration have the ability to make more power while staying within the factory safety parameters. In this case, AMG models are typically designed/limited based on their specific model and allows manufacturers to create special edition models ie (S), Black series, GTR, etc.

For the 2013 C300 you could expect gains of 67hp and 34tq
For the 2015 ML 350 24hp and 18tq
