RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. With the release of the Sport Muffler and Decklid Spoiler, RennTech brings the perfect combination of styling and sound upgrade to one of Mercedes's most dynamic cars. This highly integrated pre-preg carbon fiber spoiler compliments the sophisticated and refined S-Class exterior design language. The spoiler is coated inside and out with an all new acrylic UV protection system. A second layer of UV protectant clear coating is also applied using traditional spray methods, in order to create a smooth and high gloss finish. This spoiler is designed to fit any S-Class Sedan model from 2016 and up. No drilling or modifications to the trunk are necessary, installs with 3M double-sided automotive tape. The RennTech Carbon Fiber Decklid Spoiler for the W222 S63 AMG Sedan is available in gloss and matte finish. In addition to the carbon fiber decklid spolier, this special package includes the RennTech T-304 stainless steel (SS) sport mufflers which are 100% hand made in the USA. This exhaust system is rigorously tested to remove any unwanted resonances in the cabin to deliver a deep sound that keeps with the character of a luxury performance vehicle. Our mufflers with 2 3/4 inch diameter tubing offer lighter weight than the stock exhaust and improve performance by reducing exhaust backpressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. The RennTech Sport Muffler System for the W222 S63 AMG Sedan comes with an integrated valve system and utilizes the electronic OEM actuators. It is also available for vehicles without the optional electronic valve system. The system comes with all the required hardware.

The RennTech Hand-Held Suspension Module (HSM) is designed to work with the W222 - S-Class Sedan, equipped with the Mercedes Airmatic and Magic Body Control Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The HSM comes pre-loaded with a RennTech lowering setting. User can load their custom setting onto the HSM to set the vehicle to their preffered ride height. The desired lowering setting will be loaded onto the vehicle via the ODB2 port in the footwell of the car. After plugging the HSM into the ODB2 port, the user can toggle a switch to load the factory or the adjusted ride height. After a few seconds, the new setting is uploaded and the car will adjust to the new height. The factory setting will always be stored on the HSM and the user can set the vehicle back to the factory setting. Once the settings are loaded, simply unplug and store for future use. With the newest update to HSM, the user is now able to adjust the suspension settings directly in the on-board command system in their Mercedes. After plugging the HSM into the OBD2 port, the RennTech HSM Screen will appear on the Mercedes Command screen. After changing and saving the settings, the module can be unplugged and the screen goes back to the regular Mercedes menu. No tools, laptop or tablet needed. Full Plug'n'Play Solution. All RennTech HSMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently. The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

RennTech plug & play EVM Exhaust Valve Module allows you to open the exhaust flaps of your car 100% at all times by pressing Button 1 on the remote control. If you wish to go back to factory settings simnply press Button 2. This gives you complete control over the exhaust sound and rumble of your car at any time regardless of speed, RPM or driving mode. The RennTech Exhaust Valve Module is made in Germany. If your car is equipped with factory exhaust flaps, with or without a center console button to open or close them, factory settings do not allow the flaps to fully open unless certain speed and/or RPM have been reached. For example, while cruising the exhaust flaps will never fully open.

The RennTech R3 Performance Package is the evolution stage of the R2 Pkg. Included in the R3 Package are all upgrades from the R2 Pkg, ECU Upgrade, Diverter Valve, Air Filters, Carbon Fiber Air Box Kit and Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers, as well as upgraded Turbocharger. With the upgraded Turbochargers included in the R3 Performance upgrade, RennTech is able to add up to 185 HP and 231 LB-FT to the 5.5L V8 BiTurbo engine (compared to RennTech rated stock performance). The addition of the upgraded diverter valve helps the engine to handle boost spikes in high boost pressure applications better. A surplus of boost will be released to the atmosphere and the turbocharger can be supplied with air quicker after the shifting process. This helps to eliminate the 'Turbo Lag'. The RennTech 4-piece air box kit is made out of the highest quality pre-peg carbon fiber. The kit comes complete with flow optimized turbo tubes to increase the volume of incoming airflow. Our Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers are hand crafted and 100% desgined and produced at the Stuart, Florida Headquarters. Made out of T-304 stainless steel (SS) with 2 3/4" tubing, they offer lighter weight and improve performance by reducing back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. RennTech upgraded turbochargers are equiped with lightweight forged billet wheels and feature a dramatically larger than stock impeller (inlet side) and an increase in the turbine trim (exhaust side). This combination of high quality, light weight components coupled with less rolling resistance from the ball bearing cartridge compensates for turbo lag despite being a functionally larger turbo. The cartridge supporting shaft is also both larger and stronger designed to handle the larger wheels and added power. This entire cartridge is then fine balanced as a complete assembly to compensate for these increases. The impeller and turbine housings are then precision CNC machined and flow tested in-house to fit the larger internal cartridge. The R3 performance package increases performance to 790 hp and 895 lb-ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range.

RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. RennTech 3rd Generation Diverter Valve for the M157 5.5L V8 BiTurbo features an all-new Blow-Off Valve implemented into the re-designed OEM turbo tubes. The Diverter Valve releases the boost in high-boost situation and/or boost spikes. This especially helps during the shifting process, for faster shifting and a quicker boost response for the next gear. It helps to eliminated the so called 'Boost Lag'. With the installation of the RennTech Diverter Valve, they are able to supply the engine with more boost pressure in order to gain higher HP numbers. The turbo tubes are ceramic coated in titanium to sustain high temperature and provide a more aesthetic look in the engine bay
