16 vs 17

Hi,

in trying to find info on what are the major changes between a 16 and 17? I would assume just little upgrades on the Navi and internals?

Correct. The significant changes came in the 2018 model year.

I ended up buying an 18. Other then AA/carplay what else is there? Didn't notice any differences visually. I have an S.

different engine in 2018 - 4.0L. S63 different wheelbase than standard S class. Interior changes such as single glass TFT and steering wheel. Better lane keep driver assistance. Quite a bit changed in 18. I think the glide mode and 4 cyl shutdown was all new too.
