Engine differences between '14 S63 and later years

Hello, I am looking at a 2014 S63 and noticing a discrepancy in what the dealer is saying the car has in terms of power (590 lb's torque) vs what the internet is saying the car should have (600+ lb's torque)

I see another post here from another member asking for guidance on buying a 2014 and getting answers like "avoid" and "same engine as older car, same problems"
So that lines up with the dealers statement of the power numbers, but is that really true? I cannot seem to find that anywhere else...

Motortrend states the 2014 specs as: 2014 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG BASE PRICE $140,425 ENGINE 5.5L/577-hp/664-lb-ft twin-turbo DOHC 32-valve V-8 TRANSMISSION 7-speed automatic CURB WEIGHT (F/R DIST) 4914 lb (53/47%)

But posts on this forum and the dealer are contradicting that... soooo who is correct?? What does this 2014 have in it??

Thanks in advance
Nick

Here is the original press relase of the M157 engine: https://media.mbusa.com/releases/amg...ishedAscending

In the S-Class, the implementation is 577 hp / 664 lb-ft of torque. In the CLS and E, it is 577 hp / 590 lb-ft (S-Models). The E63 and GLE63 (non-S) is 550 hp / 550 lb-ft and so on.
