Paddle Shifter work when in comfort or sport?
I currently own a Audi A8 sport and have a question for you guys. When I'm in any mode on the Audi and want to say pass someone rapidly, I can grab the downshift paddle and drop gears while in any mode, and after a bit of time or using the shifter, the transmision will revert back to the mode it was initially in if I don't use the paddles again.
I have a pending 2015 S63 purchase and I didn't check this on my test drive, I'm hoping someone could tell me if the paddles actually work without switching into manual mode when wanting to quickly drop down gears in the big Benz like it does in the Audi? I'm sure there going to be lots of things for me to get used to coming from Audi.

That is correct when I'm overtaking someone in my S63 I downshift on paddles without changing anything or any mode, after a while it will revert back to auto itself or you can do it yourself by clicking down on the drive selecter
But yeah it's pretty much same as your Audi.
