Decided to try Red Star exhaust. They are catless downpipes for a 2016 S63 4matic. Had them do the heat shielding on them. Don't have them installed yet. Removing the Renntech hi flow catted downpipes. Nothing wrong with them. They are awesome and build quality is perfect. Just wanted to try something different. See if the sound changes.
I am trying to get the time to install these. Will also try and get a sound clip. Currently the vehicle sounds like the sound clip that is on Renntechs website, as
I have all their stuff, except turbos. Lol.
Haven't had time to install yet. Hopefully soon. Sorry. However, I contacted Eurocharged and they said everything should be fine. Unless I want a custom tune. I am anxious to see how the car drives and of course the sound.

Alright, installed the Redstar cat less down pipes late last night. The install went smooth no issues. Fitment is perfect. The sound is amazing, compared to high flow catted downpipes. This is Redstar cat less down pipes with Renntech sport mufflers with factory electronic valves. Trying to get the sound clips on here. You might not be able to tell a difference between comfort and sport/manual, however when you are driving there is a difference. Put up some current photos of the vehicle also. Vehicle feels even more responsive, by a lot. No check engine light or warning lights of any kind. Vehicle runs extremely strong. Love the vehicle more and more. Now if Mercedes would just step up to the plate, to get all our older cars upgraded from 3G to a 4G/5G system. Lol.
Not sure if quoting is also responding. Love the sound of this. I am curious how it would sound if you did burble from eurocharged. Love the work you are doing on this car! The engine looks like a BEAST.
Thank you, It is an amazing car. Love it. It still gets a ton of attention. Even more now with the sound. It is running very strong.
Can you give a quick quote on the black boost cold intake install? Or is this possible to do on your own? I am interested in doing these intakes + redstar downpipes

Barry put that beast on the dyno and see what its making. You can see the gains for the mods you have and then also you might might be able to tweak the tune and get a few more hp & trq out of it......you never know you might be leaving something on the table.
MB007AM. Everything was pretty straight forward. I had no issues with any of the modifications I have done. I have done all the work on this car. The only install I did not perform was the installation of the Weistec billet deeper transmission pan. You have to have a computer to monitor the transmission fluid temperature. Fluid level is set by temperature. I think anyone could do these mods, just take your time and do it right the first time. Had no issues with anything. No check engine lights either. I think there are videos on You Tube regarding the Black Boost cold air intakes. The only pain in the tush install was the Renntech blow off valve.
bimmerm3. I agree, however my work schedule is just not cooperating. I have chosen a place that specializes in German cars, mostly BMWs. They have worked on Benz's before. They are only open Monday through Friday, and the dyno is by appointment only. One day I will get there. I am dyeing to see what the numbers are going to be. I have talked to Eurocharged, and they agreed that a custom tune could yield a little more power. One day, possibly getting a built motor, high flow mechanical fuel pumps and in tank fuel pump, bigger turbos, possibly built transmission. Have to set goals.
