Weather Map NOT Displaying

Weather Map NOT Displaying
I have the weather subscription and all options activated to show it on Nav Screen. I understand you must zoom out to see it.
Nothing is coming up. I do note that when I go into Mercedes Benz Apps section that the weather info there does not load. I'm thinking this is my problem. All software is up to date- no updates found in software section on Infotainment that have not been already installed.
Do I need internet / data program / WiFi to show Weather? I show Live Traffic w/o WiFi so thinking I do not need that.
