Huge Jian Bao

Hello I own a 2017 S63 Coupe I noticed these couple days whenever I make a sharp slow turn my back tyres hop or skip or little is this normal or is there something wrong?

just a little background I live in Canada temperature currently is around 0-5 degrees and ground is mostly wet not sure if that causes this any input would be great thanks

What tires are you running?

Summer tires get rock hard in cold weather which causes skipping & hopping. Continentals are worse than Michelins in my experience.
