2015 S65 AMG FUEL FILTER LOCATION??
Hi all,
I recently purchased a 2015 s65 AMG with 45k miles and I would like to replace the fuel filter as part of the maintenance. I have checked online retailers but have been unable to find either the filter or where on the car it is located. Can someone please advise where the fuel filter is.

Hi HK,
Thanks for the help. I guess the filter is part of the entire fuel pump assembly then? Odd that the filter itself isnt sold separately...dont believe a fuel pump needs to replaced at only 45k miles.
Will have to contact the dealer parts dept and ask.

Hi All,
I would like to replace the gas filter on my 2015 S65 and believe its located under the rear seats..but i haven been able to find a replacement online and not sure if the filter is part of the pump assembly or is a stand alone piece. Can anyone let me know if the fuel filter is a stand alone piece or does the entire pump assembly need to be replaced? The car has 46k miles but I am the 2nd owner and not sure of the history/maintenence,

W222 fuel pumps have a filter mesh on the pump which should apply to the 63 and 65 vehicles. It's not really a part of routine maintenance the way it used to be with the mechanical fuel injected cars with the in-line filter under the car with the lil hoses clamped to them. They pretty much will do their job until the pump dies. It's also like a $500 unit.
