2015 S 63 AMG 4Matic
Rear suspension sagging

Hi Everyone,
I have a 2015 S63. I put a jack underneath the rear differential and jacked the car up and replaced the rear pads and rotors. Now when I try to let the car down, it goes much lower than regular ride height and doesn't stop lowering so I can't remove the jack. Any ideas why it's sagging so much? Does the Airmatic need to be reset?
TIA

It should not do that. I am not sure if the rear diff is an appropriate jacking point for this car. Regardless, I would check your lines and wires going to the struts, is it possible you bumped something with the jack or when you were doing the brake work? Start it up and see if it levels itself out.

Also check the level sensors, maybe you knocked one loose when you were working underneath the car. Jack points doc attached. Double check your jack points before liffting again.

Thanks for all the comments!
I was mistaken, I didn't jack it up from the diff, I jacked it from the thick rear bar by the diff. Luckily everything is good, I started it and the airmatic did its thing and its back to normal ride height. No codes or errors on the screen.
Just looking for the torque specs for the rear calipers now, is it 100 ftlbs? Can anyone share the spec sheet? I didn't find it in the manual so I assume MB doesn't list it.
Thanks!

More like 40-50lb/ft for caliper mounting bolts.

I thought it was 110 or 130 ft/lbs. But I don't have the manual handy. The specs are definitely posted in the E63 section.
