Factory camber rear



All to do with ever increasing speed of new car assembly lines. Onus now back on owners to fund costly, premature tire replacement.
No longer “ongoing adjustment” capability to suit your particular driving conditions.
Whether it be high cambered roads with excess passenger side edge wear or altered height - load carrying / lowering and “inner” edge wear both sides. Excess “outer” edge tire wear through spirited driving or just having adjustment to cater for curb knock damage.
We saw the need therefore to re instate Front Camber and Caster along with Rear Camber (and Extra Toe).
Specially designed BOLT-ON kits that require no special tools or NEED FOR CONTROL ARM REMOVAL.
AMPLE ADJUSTMENT RANGE - up to 2 degrees “extra” Positive or Negative Camber. More than enough to resolve excess edge tire wear issues.

Allready got a set of adjustable camber-arms (and for less than a third $). But thanks anyway.
In fact to suit virtually every model Mercedes Benz and unlike majority of brands not extruded aluminum but high strength chromoly steel (especially important for heavier W222, W223 and Maybach models). Also these K-MAC rear Camber arms include “extra Toe adjustment”. Same as our lower arm adjuster to compensate for Camber change. Kit #502226-5M $595.
We do not promote - as more time consuming to install along with more difficult to access to precisely adjust.
Versus lower arm adjustment - no arm removal and easily accessible single wrench adjustment - direct on alignment rack UNDER LOAD !
Also the added disadvantage re upper arms - (when wanting to resolve excess inner edge tire wear) - Reduces important clearance “top of tire to outer fender” !
Therefore only recommend if the need to “INCREASE” (not reduce) excess negative rear Camber.
