I ordered a custom steering wheel from a vendor, but I believe some cars offer a very similar wheel from factory. Am curious as to which model(s) car has this style Steering Wheel from factory.

Not the shape (that is custom), but looking the combination (carbon fiber core, airbag cover in black stitching, silver trims and buttons, sides can be leather or alcantara).

Many models, all AMG models from year 2019 to 2021 or so, unless you meant specifically the carbon fibre. If so, GT Black Series?

I was referring to the wheel with:
1) Carbon Fiber on Top/Bottom (may or may not have 12 o'clock racing stripe)
2) Airbag with cover in black stitching (most airbags are just plastic and do not have leather cover)

The GT Black series wheel's trim is in gloss black

from what I recall there are a number of different classes that offered a car on package but it’s like a $4500 option or something of that nature. Most didn’t go for it knowing they can buy for a quarter of the price

I can't speak for the entire MB line of steering wheels but I can say that the wheel shown in the OP's pic is a match to my cars wheel with options. I believe it was 2018 when the AMG cars started the new style wheel option shown and continued until 2020. I found my brochure for the 2019 S Class and the wheel you are searching for is listed as an optional wheel available on the S63 and S65 models. I have attached a screenshot from the option page in the brochure. I believe the optional wheel that OP is searching for is listed as a L6M AMG PERFORMANCE STEERING WHEEL w/CARBON FIBER/DINAMICA

I looked through the order guide and brochure but couldn't find that combination. The steering wheel in the OP's picture doesn't have the "DINAMICA" material, it has LEATHER. The OP is looking for a Carbon fiber/leather combination, not carbon fiber/Dinamica. I think that might be aftermarket only, based on the wheel being a prior to 2021 STEERING wheel and not available in that combination on the order guides or brochures, unless I'm missing something.

You missed the last 3 words of the OP first post..."sides can be leather or alcantara"
Dinamica = Alcantara

Ha! I was just about to say the same thing.

From what I can tell, Mercedes typically uses Alcantara/Dinamica on their higher-end models—which I’ve never fully understood, since leather feels both sportier and more luxurious to me. That said, a steering wheel with a carbon fiber base, then leather side grips might not be offered and if it has leather grips, it may not come with a carbon fiber base. Also, I’m curious about the horn pad—does it have white, grey, red, or black stitching? If my airbag ever goes off, what part # would I need to tell them to replace it with since they can't reference the VIN number on my 2019 AMG GTR.

So, I’m looking for the closest OEM wheel that Mercedes offers to what I’m envisioning.

I too agree it appears that MB chose to apply the Alcantara/Dinamica to the high-end cars but mainly to the sporty AMG type of cars. I think it comes from the true professional racing world where all of the steering wheels are almost entirely wrapped with Alcantara/Dinamica to improve grip. Same reason they include the "stripe" at the top of the wheel to indicate center.
I see no reason you can't get the horn pad in whatever color stitching you want as long as they originally made a car with that particular interior spec. My horn pad is black leather with dark brown stitching. I have seen the same with black stitching if that is what you are looking for.

Your wheel is 100% OEM from factory? Black leather with brown stitching?

Do you have a close up picture of the horn pad? Curious how close the aftermarket one is compared to an OEM

You're right, I was answering the question as it was posed in the title of the thread. I didn't read the last part. Looks like he's well on the way to finding it based on the subsequent posts in this thread.
