Hello all, my s63 currently has an issue where the headrest doesent fold forward all the way, the most it goes forward is shown and the footrest doesent come out (shown in images) when chauffeur mode is in use. The seat still goes forwards and the headrest is still operational. Any help is appreciated
Happened to me in the past also, as Balti mentioned, it'll need to be xentry'd. For me, I had the headrest removed, wasn't able to re-insert it, and footrest didn't extend until everything was reset w/ proper software.
This CAN vary based on what key you are using. We setup the car(s) blah blah blah...I am not as sensitive as my wife. Well, all of a sudden none of her setting were working...fast forward some weeks they all of a sudden worked again. She was holding the proper key fob. If I am not mistaken the position of the sideview mirror switch was also involved (seriously).

in your case I suspect the drivers door window switch cluster or connector was related
@VelocceS63 while it may sound obvious - double check (bang on) your back-seat lockout switch on drivers door panel and wiggle door wiring connector loom if you don’t have ready access to reset and test the seat position via xentry (resetting mine fixed the cooling function fwiw)

Is this a common issue because I’ve checked the forums and I’ve only found one similar and it required them to remove the headrest.
