C-Class Survivor Story
My friend's C240...it's quite sad. Luckily he is fine, thank goodness. He was driving and some guy just rams into his side and pushes him into a light pole. He and his girlfriend walked away from the accident with a couple of scratches. After the guy hits he drives off but comes back after a bit and he has no insurance and old plates.
Anyways...the left/front is destroyed and the right passenger side is pretty badly damaged. Most likely going to be a salvage.

Looks like it's totalled. Although it doesn't look too bad. How fast were they going? Looks like maybe 35-45 mph worth of damage.
Glad they were okay. Whenever there are threads like these with pics of head on collisions, I always like to see that the passenger compartment hasn't been disturbed at all.

The 2001+ C-Class is a very safe automobile:

In comparison with the 1997-2003 Ford F150:
And the redesigned 2004-07 F150 (looks like they finally got it right)
