2011 e 350 4 matic wagon,command shut down
At 11,600 miles, and just after 1st year service, the command system of my E 350 2011 began shutting down, within one minute, after the car had been started; in addition, the multi function control on the steering wheel has become inoperable; finally, the "pre safe" operating system is inoperable as indicated on the principal instrument cluster. Moving the steering column up and down (to check if there was a loose connection) did not change the situation. Has any one had a similar experience and what is the likely cause and cure.
