2023 IIHS Death Statistics coming
Hi,
My number one consideration in buying a car is the safety. Safety crashes for new cars are fine (I only go for TOP SAFETY+), but don't tell the real story of how well people survive real crashes. The current statistics are pretty old (2017). URL below. I called them (IIHS) and a real person answered the phone!!!!! The person answering called another department for me and I found out that new statistics should be available in the spring of 2023.
I have a 2021 E350 and am so dissatisfied with MBUX that I'm planning to trade it in for something which doesn't have MBUX in after I get the new statistics (maybe BMW or Genesis or ...) if anything is as safe as MB.

The new death statistics are in and the W213 has a Zero death score. I looked through the data and could only find 3 other zero entries.
