After getting a request to a Daimler Board Member, she sent my request to MBUSA-Atlanta who found out my car was assembled Nov 3, and is still sitting in Singelfingen-Stuttgart factory awaiting inspection when factory re-opens on Jan. 11th. What?? The Germans shut down factory for 3 weeks so all can take a Holiday? Here in USA we would work overtime to get product to customer.... at least in my company that’s what I would do .

Board of Mgmt of Daimler member Britta was kind enough to have a member of her staff reply and did forward my plea for help onto MBUSA who already has told me delays “Due to Covid”
