Hello everyone, has anyone ever file a severe complaint to MB Headquarters about their local dealer, service dept, etc ? I need to find out where can I file one, ( all the way up to the highest level possible ) I have had an awful experience with my local dealer ( in Mexico ) their service is more than terrible and their technicians don't have a clue of what their doing.

I'am gonna have to take my GT63S to Texas to get the HERMES software reinstalled because my local tech only screwed everything up after bringing the car 4 times in.
