Loose trim above door

Hey everyone,

This trim piece above the rear driver side door looks to be loose. The rear most aspect seems a bit elevated off the car also and kind of sticking out. Is there a way to maybe glue it down? Dealer said he can only replace but not repair for like $1000, which seems unnecessary. Thanks for your help!
