Stage 1 Tune
I have Renntech Stage 1 tunes on my SUV and Coupe. Love it. Both OBD tunes. The GT doesn't have an OBD option. I'm wondering if anyone has done the JB4 tune and how they feel about it. The GT is growing on me. I wasn't in love at first wishing I got the 63. But I love the gas savings. I forgot what it was like to drive a car without a twin turbo V8s. That said I would lile to eek out more power.
I also hate the lawnmower sounding exhaust despite having the adjustable sport exhaust option. Someone suggested down pipes. My goal is a deeper note. I don't want to sound like a Honda Civic with whatever loud tacky aftermarket exhaust the racers put on. Maybe the V6 can't give the notes I'm looking for. I don't need anything overly crazy but I like the snap crackle pop and just would prefer a overall deeper note. Any suggestions?
