SUNIL's new interior mods & W209 Cluster

The cluster is a 211 cluster modified to fit a 209 frame which was then modified to fit a 203 dash. I believe it was a diesel car but I am not sure. The airbag is pretty expensive to get. The standard 209/230 wheels are cheap. The cluster is also expensive if you have to buy new. I would suggest you get a wrecked car's cluster. If you want the wheel/airbag, you can contact Steve at steve@mbenznl.com for pricing. The cluster is not a very easy mod to do and I still have to program the finer aspects of it.

I'm sure you'll be glad when all the programming is done, and all your other previous mods are up and running in the display.

Digital A/C for 05 is hit and miss affair. I will take some day pics soon. I need to do some minor stuff still like add the reset button on the cluster and order a new guage bezel as I hacked this one up pretty good.

Its from a CDI for sure, all CDI got 4500rpm red-line :p
It would rev pretty easy
Looks to be a cluster off a CDI. Redline is pretty low. Wonder how that would work out in a gasoline engine...

Looks fantastic Sunman, great mods. I wanted to do the W209 steering wheel in wood/leather but when I saw the cost of the airbag 
decided not too! Went for the W203 wood/leather one which uses the standard airbag.

The cluster does look damn good. My only issue is the monster clock...I think I'd rather have oil pressure and a boost gauge
....
