OK guys, the wifey just got sick of driving her 07 ML350 and it only has 9k miles on it
.. She loves the C350
ride and looks. I have been telling her to get the 09 S550 but she's whining like a GIRL
"it's to big for me" blah, blah, blah
So I said "OK, you want a C Class I'll get you one." Now she's happy but what she doesn't know is that I Think I may pick up the C63 in the morning
She will think it's a C350 once I remove the badges and she will be happy and I'll have a new toy. I myself much rather get the
S550 but if I have to settle, at least I can mod it..
What do you guys think Any input on the C63?

I personally wouldn't want the same exact engine in two cars....I would try to convince her to get a S550 and then maybe put a Lorinser or Brabus kit on it. Possibly even a CL550 if you can get a good deal on one.

Its more like a go kart in ride and handling than any merc before it.
I drove one last week and have promptly, seriously considering the Jaquar XF SV8 - light years ahead in quality, style and value. Not quite as fast.
Besides the c interior is 'discount' compared to the S and even the E.

i understand what you mean by she wants a smaller car.. my wife is not very tall and she wanted a small car herself... so she got the slk350...
u can also get the new slk63 ... that thing is going to be a beast...

It could be as epic as the SLK32 was back in the day.
Back on topic...I would go for the C63. Even though it is the same engine, it is in such a different wrapper that the CLS63 and C63 are night and day different in all regards.

S550...That is one piece of loaded kit. If she has a chance to sit in it and drive it...you get luxury and a car that drives smaller than it really is...

WOW, My wife and I drove a Black on Black C63 Fully loaded
She hates my driving because it's full peddle every time we start and her head snaps back in the seat. This time when see took the wheel I sais HOLT SH*T My head snapped in the seat and off we went. The power is fantastic and the looks is show stopping. I just found her next ride. RennTecch air box, Headers and ECU tune Ity will be a mini BEAST And could put up a good fight with my BEAST. I have driven many, many cars and I must say the C63 is on my best picks list for the money. The seats feel like you are in a race car. IT SOUND GREEEAAATTT!!!! What a fun car to drive. Looks like it's Hello C63
