Is anyone running a 19x9.5 up front? I'm really trying to run a square setup for rotational purposes. If I can't I'm probably gonna run a 19x8.5 square and use some spacers in the rear to get it to fill out.
If you opt for the forged version of the SNA then Rotiform will make you any size & width you'd like. Same goes for HRE & Adv

Hmmmm🤔. Do you know how much more they would run per wheel to get the forged 1 pieces!? I had no clue and that is tempting.

If you're looking to keep costs down then the 3-piece SNA would be your best bet. Within Rotiform's pricing structure a 3-piece is the most cost friendly configuration - then comes the 2-piece then the Monoblock. I'll PM you with preliminary pricing.

Forgestar will also do a 19x9"; I almost went with that in the front but ended up with 19x8.5"F/19x10"R.

I noticed you had hankook on instead.

Thank you!

Coming from someone who worked at a shop with a lot GTR's run Falken's. They run very "true to size" if not a hair smaller. You will have no problem, and they are amazing tires both performance and longevity. Falken is my brand of choice by far! Gorgeous car btw.

I am looking at some 18" aftermarket wheels for my 2011 C63. I'm sticking with the stock tires sizes, 235/40-18 front and 255/35-18 rear. I really like the Rotary Forged TSW Bathurst wheels. They come in 18 x 8.5 +43 offset in the front and 18 x 9.5 +40 offset for the rear. I'm a little concerned about the rears, will the clear without rubbing?

Thanks,
Glenn

Well I can tell you that I have a 9.5 width rear with a +47 and 265 tire I think it's perfect and I would not want it anymore aggressive it's compleatly flush with the fender no rubber. A +40 seems wayyyy to aggressive for the rear for how my car looks. I wouldn't unless you wanted to stretch the rear tire. Not a fan of that though. The front I have a 8.5 width with a +37 and stock tire size I feel like it could stick out more maybe +32 even there is room. The et you want def won't be aggressively flush for the front but obviously will fit no problem no rubbing

I am so close in the rear. I will be 7mm more out than you are, but I will run the 255 tire which will be around 5mm in. So overall 2mm further out for a measly .08". So do you have more than a tenth of an inch clearance in the back? Problem is, I've had tire rub issues on another car in the past and it's just no fun! I wonder if I can get someone to machine off 7mm off the face of the wheel? I hate to play with that because it could affect the wheel strength.

Yeah probably could do .08. Are you lowering it. Front you can go pretty aggressive without rubbing rear not so much.

It's my daily driver, so I'm not lowering it. But I don't want to rub if I hit a hard bump.

I'm thinking of going to Discount Tire, tell them to get these wheels and if they clear I will buy them. That way I don't take the risk of having to return them.

EDIT: I found a place here in Arizona that can machine the offset. They also sell wheels, so I've sent them an email asking if they can increase the offset on the rears from 40 to 47. Also, with the 8.5" wide wheel and 43 offset in the fronts, the inside clearance will reduce by 4mm. How is inside clearance on the fronts? I assume this will be OK???

If you shave the hubs remember you still have to clear the brakes. You might be able to shave a few mm off the hub but 7mm seems like it might be too much.

You are better off to find wheels that fit out of the box.

Mort, thanks for the info, you are absolutely correct. The good news is we can look at that before we shave any off. I actually think they may work without shaving, they will just be flush, but I may still shave a few mm's off just to be safe.

Can anyone tell me if this will work on a sedan without fender work on the rear

20" x 10.5" et42?

If so what tyre size would work 285? 275?

No.

Max you can run is 19x10 +50 on a 275/30/19

ADV1 specs 19x10.5 +52 I believe, but they recommend it only with a 265/30/19, and it'll rub under a full load a little bit.

You can run 285s if you size up to 20s.

20x10 +50 on a 285/25/20 would also be ok.

I want 20's and will be running low on coilovers

So the best without arch work on the rear would be 20x10 et50 285/25/20

What about the front?

Thanks
