Meisterschaft GTC for E63 S
So a little present showed up today. Hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend to install and see how it awakens the sound of the beast. Below are a couple of teaser pictures. Updates to follow.

I was able to install the exhaust but have not had a chance to take some videos. My first impressions are as follows:
1. With the valves closed, the car sounds pretty much stock. Perhaps it is 10% louder than stock (I haven't had a chance yet to test it with my sound meter). It definitely will not wake my kids or the neighbours when I leave early in the morning / come home late at night.
2. With the valves open on cold start-up, it sounds like an angry beast.
3. With the valves open at an idle, it has a nice rumble. I would say that the tone is very similar to stock, but just with more volume.
4. With the valves open and cruising, it has a very nice sound in the cabin, but not so noisy that it becomes irritating (i.e. I can definitely tell that it is not stock, but also can comfortably carry on conversations, take phone calls etc.).
5. With the valves open and at full throttle, it simply sings and really brings out the grunt of the bi-turbo 5.5 L.
Overall I'm quite happy as I like the practicality of a valved exhaust. I'll try to take some sound clips over the next few days and provide a write-up of the installation (as it was not exactly bolt on as GT Haus advertises).

I have a GTC on my 12 e63. Tips are included. As the op stated the system is awesome. I ran high flow cats and down pipes so even louder.
My exhaust is actually for sale. pM if interested

What's the general consensus on installing this exhaust regarding the resonators (I want to keep my cats, but I like noise):
A. Keep the resonators.
B. Delete resonators, replace with straight pipes.
C. Delete resonators, replace with x-pipes.
D. Delete resonators, replace with h-pipes.
?

I just got resonator delete done and replaced it with an X pipe. Stock resonator is an H pipe. Straight pipe IMO doesn't sound very good and causes extra vibrations.
X pipe sounds very good. I still have low miles, so exhaust hasn't fully broken in yet, but it sounds very aggressive.

It's not clear which one goes with this exhaust.

Did you get the X pipes custom-built or did you buy one of the X pipe kits from gthaus:

Decided to keep the stock resonators to begin with, I can always cut them out later if it's ot loud enough. However, there is another problem... the driver's side of the damn exhaust doesn't fit. My guy says there is a length problem and one of the brackets was welded in the wrong place. He thinks this might be due to them never having tested fitment with the 2016 model year. To say I'm furious at the moment is an understatement. He thinks he can make this fit with some skilled welding, but that's going to cost me time and money. If I have to send this back I'm now out $4 grand for some unspecified period of time, and have to figure out what other aftermarket exhaust manufacturer didn't **** up in the same way with this model. What a clown show.
