OEM tips are part of the rear diffuser and not attached/welded to the mufflers. It is difficult to say based on that picture if the tips are separate from the diffuser. But I would say yes you would need a new diffuser as these tips are bigger than the OEM ones so you'll have trouble inserting them. It looks like these are welded to the mufflers
By the way that diffuser is so aggressive!

You'll need the full exhaust, and yes, you will need the rear diffuser as well.

Let me know if you would like pricing.

While you guys are on the sunbject of brabaus exhausts, let me ask. I've been keeping up with the resonator delete to H pipe conversion thread, and am really thinking of doing it. I remember reading somewhere that brabus has a 'coming home" switch on their exhausts. I imagine some sort of flap opens and closes. First, am I wrong? Second, does anyone else make an exhaust like this that can be loud and grumbly when you want, then be able to quiet down in your kids pre school parking lot??

To me the leading exhaust like that for these cars is from Meisterschaft. Their exhaust has flaps and a remote control for the amount of opening. If you search there are threads in this forum about it.

If you were just looking for a nice loud sound and a big performance gain the Renntech sport mufflers do that for $2600 (claimed gains of 15 Bhp and 20 lbs-ft of torque). But no flaps to control for volume

Here's a video of the iPE C63 AMG exhaust fitted onto the E63 AMG.
This is a valvetronic exhaust so you have the option of 3 modes that you can control via remote control. You'll notice the difference in sound in the video between the different modes.

I couple of my buds from the BMW world have them on their M5s and M6s and love them. The con is that they are pricey. But so are most good mods for these cars. GT Haus sells these exhausts.

My friends who have them on their Bimmers love it. Good luck! I went the Renntech sport mufflers route but wanted to pair with my Renntech tune and wanted their considerable power gains

That Brabus exhaust with the electronic flaps is $7,500 and requires the Brabus diffuser because of the unique exhaust tip shape. The diffuser is $5,500. (my prices are MSRP). Unfortunately for those of us with the factory exterior carbon fiber package, it would kind of be a waste to change out the diffuser for another CF one.

$13000 for an exhaust and a diffuser. Good God. another reminder of why I never considered Brabus for mods.

I almost spit my drink when I heard how much it was when I was inquiring about it. I'm seriously considering their front lip though ($3.5K MSRP) since they seem to be the only ones making stuff for the facelift.

You can get replica tips however you need to get original brabus diffuser.
I installed capristo exhaust and brabus diffuser to fit OEM tips. Cheaper and sound is just outstanding
