For sure cf drive shaft. I am gonna put a gearbox transaxle. Same setup as the sls. But its gonna be a sequential st6rt gearbox. Only way to get the weight distribution right.

Learning a lot about the electrical system and also how to bypass all airbags and pretensioners. Got all worked out. Cutting out now a ****load of wires.
Pulling ignition and fuel control out of the factory ecu so i get full control over fuel and timing ;-).

Frankly with the way the systems work together wiring may be the last thing I would yank out of there. It terrifies me cos there just seems to be no rhyme or reason to it sometimes, but maybe that's just my lack of knowledge.

Its not the weight. But if you take all seats, all airbags and seatbelts out you get a ****load of errors on the dash. Even the annoying error when you fold down your rear Seats.
So i take out all access wires. And jump all wires so i have 0 error codes on the dash and tester.

Soon my friend, you'll be the closest thing to an SLS for those of us that can't afford one

You're very brave for shortening the wiring harness. It takes ***** of steel to do that to a Mercedes, which are known for being fussy with their electrics.
