Why should they be red? Prolly not just paint but upgraded brakes and may come in other colors.
there's a fairly close up picture of the front calipers on the "rivage" link page. They appear to be the standard C63s brakes that have been painted blue.
I just thought it was an odd colour choice until I saw the whole rivage package. I'm not a fan!

Looks like they do sell a brake kit and yes it's based on the OEM AMG. Looks like its blue because that's the company color as their suspension bits are blue also.

Yeah, blue was once, back in the days, the Carlsson color, and briefly a theme in recent years.
