Not true. I contacted the seller and he said they do ship to the states and have already sent several. Quoted a shipping price of 45 Euro's, or about $49 USD.

 

i was waiting for seller reply... but really? $50? Sounds like we're taking a beating. Similarly sized items often ship fro China for free or very little.

 

Agreed. Hard to swallow spending 2x on shipping as you are for the actual part.
It seems they understand supply and demand at the moment.

FWIW, my local dealer said they should have a date of availability in the next 10 - 14 days.
