Question for those with more extensive car paint knowledge. How hard will it be for body shops to repaint in designo magno flat colors to match to the factory paint? I would also think that it might be harder to match the shiny colors due to the deepness and type of metal flakes in the designo paint.

Any of you guys ever seen a Lunar Blue Metallic C63 AMG ? I have never seen another one in the entire US, EU, Asia or AUS ? Are there any Lunar Blue Metallic C63 around in EU ? Let me know if so, Im trying to figure out how many were actually produced, & Mercedes Benz of Houston tell me its the only 1 they can find in the country.. ? Not sure how that is possible.

Hey I am literally your twin, I have the same spec, but with the star spoke wheel design. Mine has the designo sand leather interior with dark ash wood. 2013 model year. 2nd owner

Man, I love that lunar blue. I also love non-black interiors. Why are so many Mercedes people SO boring? MUST HAVE BLACK, SILVER, OR WHITE + BLACK INTERIOR!!

I get the resale thing and understated luxury bla bla bla, but it makes us cheapo 2nd owners really search harder.

There are few and far between AMG models available in these so called exotic paint colors. I'm happy to be the owner of a AMG that isn't black, gray, silver or white.

None of the other blues (mystic & Mauritius) were offered as Designo colors in 2016. If they were, I would've gotten one of them when I ordered my Lunar Blue wagon.

I think you made that right decision with lunar blue. I'm having my paint corrected and Xpel'd this month. I get compliments everywhere I go. You have a real unicorn!

Thanks dude. The original owner built the car with the Designo Paint and Ash interior, but I ripped out the wood grain and did the carbon swap. Flows so much better with the two gray colors.

Most color combos are still okay. The worse one is black on black IMO.
