Look up "altitude conversion factors". At roughly 5250', you'd subtract a second to get to your sea-level ET. 13.20 still seems slow for a stock car, but it could be anything.

As BLKROKT said, you conversion factor is .9341 because you live a mile above sea level, so that is a second of your time. Would need to see your timing slip to see if it is your reaction/60' time or if it is something else.

Get drag radials or stickier rear tires and wheels as well. Aside from altitude wheel spin will be a lot of your problem, especially with LTHs and a tune.
